Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, possess excellent customer service skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages - Take orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Assist with bussing tables and cleaning glasses as needed - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns Requirements: - Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred - Strong knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques - Proficient in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems - Excellent cash handling skills - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Must be at least 21 years old We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
